Developing
Training Manuals is our core business. We take pride in knowing
our manuals have set the standard for technical accuracy, quality,
and
useability. Others may copy our format and style, but not the
quality of our content.
Training Manuals are typically developed in one of two hard copy
formats, as shown below. The material can also be presented
in Computer Based Training format (CBT). CBT is most often
used for refresher training and for training new hires due to attrition,
while
traditional
classroom instruction with hard copy manuals still provides the most
effective training for a group.

Once developed,
the Training Manual is used as a text for onsite instruction. In
addition, they make an excellent reference for the control room,
for refresher training and for new personnel.
Tri-Tech's
format, as shown in the examples above, have proven very effective
for classroom instruction, however Tri-Tech is always flexible to
change the format, style, and content to meet your needs. We always
provide all developed documents and training aids in electronic
format (Word, AutoCAD, Powerpoint,
etc) so our customers may maintain their documents over time.
