Training Program
Design |
Tri-Tech utilizes the Systems Approach
to Training (SAT) model, also called Instructional System Design
(ISD) mehodology when developing a complete Training Program. This
proven, formal approach produces a targeted, effective, and accountable
Training Program to meet the specific needs of a facility's personnel.
This process is divided into 5, interelated, continuous phases:
|
|
Tri-Tech is qualified and
experienced in performing full-scale Job Task Analysis and Training
Needs Assessments from
the ground up as part of the "Analyze" phase. However, our
extensive experience developing
successful training has allowed the process to be streamlined for
most projects. This modified, cost-saving, approach produces
the same successful results, while maintaining the integrity of the
SAT
process.
|
Once the Analyze and Design phases are complete,
a Training Plan is developed. The Training Plan details the learning
objectives, course design, format and content of the training materials,
instructional methods, schedule, and other project logistics. Not
all projects require such a formal, detailed Training Plan, however
Tri-Tech will provide one as required. |
